Mark the Carp

I am tired today. We went to Ararat, NC where some in-laws live and traded labor. I tilled a 12 feet by 40 feet garden space and Johnny put new front rotors and brake pads on my wife's car. Johnny works at a parts house so he gets a substantial discount on parts.

Net results: garden space for Jackie and Johnny; new brakes for us and a sore back for Mark ;)

Tomorrow is a big anniversary day for me. I'll be a year older. Two weeks ago was a year since I was layed off the first time; we went back to work for three months and then had the final, business is closing, layoff.

Maybe I'll post a self portrait tomorrow, then again maybe not...
